Becoming a Member of RSI Screening is Easy

Rental Services, Inc. would be able to start screening applications in office or via our web site as soon as your account is setup.  We have a trained staff in place ready to handle all of your Tenant Screening needs.  To start the process you will need to setup an account by following the steps listed below. 

RSI Offers two types of accounts.  The first type is a Full Access account that gives you the ability to order all of our available reports.  The second type of account is a Limited Access account.  This account allows you to order all of our reports with the exception of credit reports.  Instead of receiving the credit report RSI will setup rental criteria with your impute and then analyze the credit report for you.  Once we have finished reviewing the credit report we would send you a rental recommendation in the form of a Rental Recommendation.  Please click on the "Articles" tab at the top of this page for a sample of this report. 

The setup process will require you to complete a membership packet that can be downloaded from the Document Download section of our website.

Physical Inspection:

The credit bureaus require any business that would like to access credit information must submit to a physical inspection of their business premises.  The purpose of the inspection is to make sure there is a business located at the given address, a way to secure credit information and a way to destroy credit information. Businesses that operate from a residential address will need to have the physical inspection conduct annually.  

Setup Fee:

To setup a Full Access account with RSI Screening a one time fee of $85.00 is required for commercial addresses and annually for residential addresses.   Limited Access or Basic Access accounts will be required to pay a one time setup fee of $35.00. 

The setup fee must be paid in advance before a property inspection will be scheduled or your account is setup.
